The main protagonist is an elite graffiti artist who works in New Jersey's underground scene, and must navigate between two factions that seek to use him for their own purposes. One of these factions is the Toren crew, led by an ex-member turned terrorist known as Axel Steele, while the other is a more organized and efficient group called Factions, which operates out of an abandoned mall.
