I designed a ring for my wife's business, JPavey Designs, using a customized version of a Thingiverse design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40704) with the Customizer tool. I printed it on a Replicator in "High" quality Makerware at 100 micron resolution, which took just 9 minutes.
