JP Calibration Cube
thingiverse
Hi friends! I'm at a loss with existing calibration cubes. They just aren't cutting it for me. So, I decided to create my own custom cube from scratch. My options included: the standard XYZ configuration, spires to test retractation, overhang designs, holes for precision testing, ample space for notes about print conditions, and fast printing capabilities. This is my very own calibration cube. That's all there is to it. I use mine with standard settings: 20% infill and 0.2mm precision, but feel free to experiment with different values if you like. If you discover great combinations of settings, please share them in the comments below! I jot down my notes (material type, brand name, color, temperature info, and retractation details) directly under the plate or on a label. Hopefully, this will help out.
