The device in action - https://youtu.be/rseaD1QZsBA?t=67 This thing was created to bring together the F-16 Sidestick Grip by JFlyer81 and the gimbal joystick by olukelo, adding the possibility of twist rudder controls to both. But you can use it with other types of joysticks and gimbals. To make it you need:

a bearing 1x 6802zz

a spring

a magnetic sensor

the neodymium magnets

the cables

a silicone

I used these electronic components, and an instruction: • 10pcs 49E Hall element SS49E OH49E Hall sensor Hall Effect Sensor new https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32590021901.html • 100PCS Ceramic capacitor 50V 104 100nF 0.1uf https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32719073307.html • Hall-sensors-connection https://github.com/FreeJoy-Team/FreeJoyWiki/blob/master/eng/Hall-sensors-connection.md You can seet the full version at this link - https://www.thingiverse.com/make:903678 For sensor fixation I used “Hot Glue Gun with 11mm Silicone Sticks” :) but you can create an adaptor for it - dimensions of a hole is 10.1*4.1mm In the photos, the magnets are not located in their boxes - in published STLs the location of the boxes has been fixed - now the boxes are closer to the center. The central box can be used to make the twist adapter only with one magnet - with appropriate polarization. Maybe the angle of rotation is large, but I did it on purpose to have more control over this axis. If it's necessary, you can limit the axis of rotation programmatically (as I do it) or mechanically, but for this you will need to change the project You can also disable the twist axis by placing two M3 screws, not as big as in the photo :), on the sides of the cover by fixing it. I bought a spring and the magnets in the local little store. Therefore, I don´t know the exact dimensions of the spring :) . It´s 6mm in diameter and 46mm in length approximately, but really you can use different large depending on spring resistance. Only that is important is diameter of 6mm, but other characteristics are individual depending on the spring resistance. I don’t have an accurate tool to measure it, but I uploaded the photos of measurement with a not very accurate tool. The magnets must be cylindrical 10x3mm (also it is possible to use 10x5mm – box dimension) and should be installed with opposite poles relative to the sensor – third option is on this link - https://github.com/FreeJoy-Team/FreeJoyWiki/blob/master/eng/Hall-sensors-connection.md . Also, you can use only one magnet with other polarization´s type which must be installed in central box – second option on the link, but I didn’t test these options because I didn’t have this type of magnets.
