In a 2016 issue of MAKE Magazin, a German publication, an article showcased a Tetris project utilizing a WS2812A LED matrix with a 20x15 screen. The link to this tutorial can be found at heise.de/make/inhalt/2016/05/082. This joystick is highly versatile and can be used for numerous applications, thanks to its customizable button configuration. Two buttons are mounted on the joystick, enabling users to control block movement in a Tetris game (e.g., Conrad.de's Item Bestell-Nr.: 185271 - 62). Additionally, tilt switches (Neigungssensoren) allow for precise left/right and drop control by tilting the joystick more than 30 degrees (e.g., Conrad.de's Item Bestell-Nr.: 701912 - 62). The joystick provides ample space to house an Arduino Nano. The combination of these features makes playing Tetris a delightful experience suitable for all ages.
