JoyCon Strap Holder
thingiverse
Got the Nintendo Switch and an extra pair of joycons, resulting in a plethora of joycon straps that needed a designated spot. To address this issue, I turned to Tinkercad and created a holder for them. This design can be used on its own or linked together using a pin, allowing users to customize their setup as needed. Future updates may include an additional hole on the opposite side, enabling easier strap swapping. The included pin is designed to connect multiple holders, secured by inserting it into one of two holes located on either side of each holder. For optimal functionality, I recommend printing one pin for every two holders. **UPDATE** Several users have encountered sizing issues when attempting to load the files. To resolve this, please refer to the following specifications: Pin Dimensions: X: 6.328 Y: 12.676 Z: 3.854 Holder Dimensions: X: 27.8141 Y: 20 Z: 118.3 Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer Model: Ultimaker 2 Extended Rafts: Not Required Supports: Yes (optional, but recommended for improved bottom overhang) Resolution: 0.28 mm Infill Percentage: 20% Notes: This design was printed as loaded with supports everywhere to provide extra stability.
