Quickly turn a Nintendo switch controller into a self-defence tool, just kidding. The new Nintendo Switch controllers called Joy Con caught my attention and I noticed they were the perfect size and that the connector could easily be replicated. Although the original uses metal, PLA proved to be surprisingly strong. While testing the fit, I decided to add some features and ended up with a set of brass knuckles-style desk type Joy Cons. I printed this at 0.1mm layer height with support material activating at 60 degrees. It's worth noting that you should put the connecting rail on the Z axis, as you don't want any support material in the channel for the connection of the Joy Con.
