It accommodates cat 5e 24 AWG wire without needing any adjustments or bending, so no fuss is required - it simply works. Once the wire connects with the pins, you might notice the excess wire sliding out of the top of the jig as shown in the picture. This is completely normal; the wire settles into place on the pins and the jig continues to move, securing itself firmly.
