<p>I found <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/276901-joy-fidget">TomoDesign's Joy Fidget</a> earlier today, printed one out and thought I'd try remixing it to fix a couple issues I had. &nbsp;</p><p>First off, its a great model! &nbsp;Simple printing, easy assembly, novel design on the spiral spring and fun to play with. &nbsp;I had some printing problems with the overhangs on the fillet on the bottom of the bottom part, so I made mine with a chamfer. &nbsp;Next, when I put the parts together, they didn't want to stay together and had to be glued, so I made my components a threaded assembly. &nbsp;Lastly, I wanted mine to be just a little bit bigger.&nbsp;</p><p>I printed mine at .2mm layer height with stock PrusaSlicer Prusament PLA settings, no support necessary. &nbsp;I think using an aligned seam is the best option for objects like this and the threads seem to work better with an aligned seam rather than random seam placement.</p><p>Props to TomoDesigns, I encourage people to print their original design along with my remix!</p>
