Joy-con Grip Nintendo Switch

Joy-con Grip Nintendo Switch

thingiverse

This is a remix of an rce2018's design, based on 3DBotMaker's Joy-Con's grips. I borrowed the idea from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3492722 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2259607. I remixed with the goal of saving plastic and giving the grips a cool skeletal look. As a result, this design is lightweight and easy to carry in your bag or switch case. This model provides a more solid and comfortable grip for your controllers and works perfectly for both joy-cons. To install, insert the +/- side (trigger first), then pop the bottom in. The model should provide a tight fit. The print is quick, simple, and you will need no supports. UPDATE: July 16, 2020 I loosened the tolerances and added space for R/L triggers so pressure is relieved. I suggest this V2 model over V1 because I accidentally scratched my switch. Big thanks to https://www.thingiverse.com/3dbotmaker/designs and https://www.thingiverse.com/rce2018/designs for inspiring this design!
