Joule GPS Wrist Strap

This is a nylon bayonet wrist strap mount designed for the CycleOps Joule GPS data logger, utilized in research to monitor power output during athlete training sessions. We combine the Joule GPS with the PowerCal ECG chest strap for running exercises and the PowerTap rear hub on prototype bikes for Bionic Running sessions. The mount securely attaches with a firm twisting lock mechanism - refer to instructions. To create this, I used rubber wrist straps intended for diving watches, and inserted nylon pins fused in place using a soldering iron.
