This 3D model was first crafted with Sketchup 8 before being converted into every other popular 3D format imaginable. Its original native format is the .skp file type used by Sketchup. The accompanying 3dsmax scene, on the other hand, utilizes the powerful tools offered by 3ds Max 2016 to bring this design to life. In terms of rendering, the highly-detailed textures and reflections found within this model are achieved using Vray 3.00. My attention was captured by this house in Amman Jordan, prompting me to decide that it simply had to be modeled into a 3D representation. Reality reveals this house is situated in close proximity to an abundance of surrounding attractions - including McDonald's and KFC locations as well as an overgrown lot that appears to have been abandoned for some time - but I deliberately chose not to include these visual elements, opting instead for a clean and uncomplicated model that accurately captures the essence of this striking building.
