Jonbot Plus - Printrbot Plus Inspired 3D Printer

I combined Jon Lawrence's Printrbot Simple parts to create a more comprehensive Printrbot Plus system, essentially creating a giant remix. I opted to add all files to a single zip folder rather than uploading each STL file separately to prevent an excessively long upload process. The JonbotComplete.stl serves as a reference point.
