First design period, crafted with TinkerCad since Fusion still proves a challenge. Within four iterations, bosses were aligned perfectly and the back was successfully added to the cases. The finished product is truly impressive, exceeding expectations in terms of sturdiness compared to the original teaching tech case. A thoughtful addition includes cutting out a hole on the right side lid for direct access to the reset button on the e3, allowing for swift resets whenever needed. Furthermore, an extra screw was added to ensure the lid remains securely fastened and prevents any shifting or movement. This modification significantly enhances the overall stability of the case. To meet the demands of the new fans being used, the 24v power supply is step-down to a more suitable 12v voltage, which is then distributed through the blocks to provide power efficiently. Suggestions and feedback are welcome and highly valued!
