The Jolly Wrencher logo from Hackaday, as a magnetic badge. There is a pocket for a 5x3mm magnet on the back. Thanks to Michel for the model this is based on! I found the original difficult to print so that it had a satisfying coverage of white, so I took the STL into Tinkercad and made it a few millimetres deeper. To avoid breaking out the superglue, I also added a pocket for a small magnet on the back to sit between the eye sockets. A 5x3mm magnet is both what I had on hand, and conveniently sized for attaching over a screwhead on an extruder motor for decoration (as on a Prusa Mini+, for example).Printed in SunLu White and Prusament Jet Black PETG on a Bambu X1 with AMS. In Bambu Slicer, I painted it so that the lower layers are black up to the point where the wrenches meet the skull at the centre, and the remaining upper layers are white (you could do this manually by changing colour at the appropriate layer). I chose to iron the top surface for a clean solid white finish. I used 0.16mm layers, all top surfaces ironed at 12mm/sec with 30% flow. Rectilinear top surface pattern with 5 top shells. Sparse infill gyroid at 25% density. The magnet fit perfectly!Bonus, also snaps nicely onto the metal bins for IKEA SKÅDIS.
