Jolly Roger Flag Cookie Cutter

I constructed a minimalist frame to enhance the "Jolly Roger Flags". The original cutter, which doesn't actually cut through surfaces, creates an indentation by imprinting the silhouette of a skull and crossbones onto edible dough. A photo demonstrates the results clearly. I crafted this "cookie" from pizza dough, then topped it with a layer of tomato sauce.
