Joking Hazard Card Divider

Just received our copy of Joking Hazard and we're excited to celebrate by making a custom card divider. Printed with Filaments.ca Red PLA in high quality. Important Note: We designed this card divider to have part 2 glued on top, marking the draw/discard sides. However, after printing part 1, we realized that the arrow extensions would interfere with the cards being at an angle. That's why we included both files - it was our original design and the notch taken out of the top (see pics) is a feature you might notice. Best Printing Results: For the best results, print this card divider vertically as in the file. Our first horizontal print warped too badly and couldn't be removed from the raft. It's also worth noting that we used a thinner setting for that print. Version 2 Update: We're already planning to fix the design issue with a new version where we'll remove the notch, add "Draw ->" lettering to the top of part 1, and make the design two-sided. What To Do Next: You can either ignore or fix the notch issue now, or wait until we update this file with the new version. We're aiming for a two-week turnaround on this update. Print Settings Used: * Printer: M3D Micro * Rafts: Yes * Supports: No * Resolution: 300 Microns (We used this setting to get a fast print, but feel free to adjust to your preference.) * Infill: Low Vertical Printing Tips: We've had issues with large surface areas printing horizontally and not sticking or warping. Our solution was to thicken the part and print it vertically - our first print was successful using this method. Raft Benefits: While a raft might be optional, we prefer the finished edges you get when using one. Micro Settings Used: * Wave bonding * Raft * Enable skirt
