Joker Stick (usable Prop)

Joker Stick (usable Prop)

This is the prop from Joker (Suicide Squad). Since there's an awesome Harley Quinn gun on Thingiverse, I wanted something for the Joker as well, so all couples out there can go to carnival in matching costumes with cool props. This is designed to be used as intended, eliminating worries about a broken prop. The length is approximately 41 inches or 105 cm. To print this, you'll need: A printer with a build height of 23cm (designed for Ender 3) A metal rod, 1 inch in diameter and 100cm long (can be found at a local hardware store for about $3) - alternative options include using a metal pipe to reduce weight! Four metal rods, each 4mm in diameter: two with lengths of 10mm and one that's 120mm long Super Glue Anything needed depending on the desired finish (sandpaper, primer, color, plastic filler) Tips: Print the file "Stick End" in hard TPU or Nylon for a rubber knob like an actual stick. The stick requires less than 300 grams of filament and about 22 hours of printing time at 60mm/s, 20% infill, and three perimeters. For post-processing, print the grip with low layer height; it's quite hard to sand due to its pattern. If you encounter problems or have questions, comments, or suggestions, feel free to comment.
