I'm thrilled to share with you how I conceptualized this amazing piece. As an artist, I drew inspiration from the iconic Jojo Star series and its beloved protagonist Jotaro Kujoh. My vision was to create a 5th entry that would capture the essence of Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, while also introducing fresh elements. The dolphin design, which represents Jotaro's marine biologist profession, is actually from Part 4. I wanted to pay homage to this aspect of his character and incorporate it in a way that felt organic and true to the series. My design process was all about balancing familiarity with innovation. I aimed to create something that would resonate with fans while still feeling like a unique addition to the Jojo Star universe.
