Joints papier de boite de 2cv / Méhari

During the reassembly of Mamie Méhari's transmission box, I realized that I had forgotten to order the paper gaskets for the cardan output shafts. Not wanting to waste any time (!) ordering them, I decided to make my own in paperboard. The simplicity would have been to use an old gasket as a template and grab the scissors to cut them out... result, I would have had my gaskets in 10 good minutes.... but that was too easy. So, I pulled out Solidworks to model the gasket and cut it with a laser cutter. Here is the DXF file if you want to cut it with a laser or vinyl plotter.
