Jointed Swiming Lure (Fabric Printing)
myminifactory
This is just the beginning of an experiment using the new technique of printing on fabric, and I'm playing around with it as part of my creative process. I didn't come up with this idea myself, but I'm excited to explore its potential in various ways. From what I understand, the original concept came from Shorey Designs on Instagram. The initial design was a quick 10-minute sketch I created to test out this new method, and it wasn't meant to be a polished product. Today, March 31st, 2018, I decided to put it to the test, and the results were impressive. You can check out the video here: https://youtu.be/mR0I8MnMUdE. Next, I'm planning to revisit an older project of mine - my Bluegill swimbait from a few years ago - and apply this method to see how it turns out. Additionally, I'm curious to explore using woven fiberglass window screen material as a possible reinforcement for a rear hook, hoping to make it strong enough for the task at hand.
