You can easily make a pin connection which you can also manufacture by printing it. Now take a look at my design right below: Instructions for MakerBots Turn off raft and turn off support, use a Standard (200 micron) resolution. For other printers follow these guidelines: Use two layers, switch off both raft and support. Turn up infill by 10%. Select layer resolution as 200 micron. Make sure you don't rotate your model - just hit print.
