This is the normally called "peehole" for Johnson and Evinrude Outboards. If that sounds too offensive for you just use the official word: "nipple". Oh no, that sounds offensive also! Please let me just say it in german: "Kühlwasserkontrollstrahlaustrittsöffnung" Ah, that´s so much better. Should fit perfect for most older Outboards. Just for snap in, maybe if it is too thight make the outer line hot before insert.
