I required some battery covers because my students consistently seem to misplace them. I consulted with Johnson and discovered that their website doesn't offer spare parts, so I measured one of the remaining calipers' covers, made a slight adjustment, and came up with this design.\r\n\r\nThe model includes supports to keep the cover upright during printing. These supports overlap the cover by 0.1mm, providing a secure attachment while still allowing for easy removal.
