Johnny Ray Swivel Top Garmin Striker/EchoMap

They don't make a swivel top large enough for my Garmin Striker/EchoMap 9", so I created a larger version. Mine allows it to be completely parallel to the base, unlike their design, which always has it off center. No Swivel Version https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4255043 I found that if you print the post with PETG at 20% infill, it will break on the inside of the lip when the boat is in waves. I didn't try printing it with 100% infill because I decided I didn't need a swivel top and designed something else instead. This new design fits the same hole pattern. The post is a press fit. Use little oil and your body weight to press it into a piece of carpet or rubber, and it may take a few attempts to push it in all the way. It should look just like the picture, and make sure it's straight before you press it in. To prevent seams from being aligned, ensure they are not aligned. Post: Adjust for Elephant Foot 0.3mm Pilot holes for #8 screws are included. The arrow points towards the user. Swivel Top 3 perimeters, 3 top & bottom layers, and 20% infill are used. Post 5 perimeters, 5 top & bottom layers, and 100% infill are used. Base Spacer 3 perimeters, 3 top & bottom layers, and 30% infill are used.
