Updated 07-26-2020: Replaced Cup STL to correct errors, added Servo back plate for controlling eye movement and housing servo for vent actuation. Main Eye housing is drilled to allow the servo bracket to be clocked in either direction, fitting the right or left side. Two parts need mirroring for the right side: "Lower Gimbal Bracket" & "Servo Back Plate". Updated 07-2020 to include a bracket for connecting a servo to gimbal the eye; future additions will include servo mounts. While aiming to build a full-scale J5 replica head, the original lens used for the eye and iris is expensive and hard to find. No printable version exists, so I designed this one, including the gimbal mount but excluding the mechanism to gimbal the eye (I will upload this once designed). The frame is drilled to accommodate two servo bracket orientations, providing space for a vent actuator on the eye tube's left or right side. When gluing pins into the iris leaves, ensure they are smooth on the back. I used epoxy but superglue also works. The iris requires 11; print extra copies since there may be one or two with defects causing problems.
