John Hammond's Amber Cane (Jurassic Park Prop)

This is a remix of the model shared by Nighthawk8562's (John Hammond Cane: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2940582) that was already removed from this website a while ago. I still had the original files, so I have slightly modified them to make it more screen accurate (by flattening each piece a little bit, as they were seen in the film).All parts of the cane have a hole to house an 8mm diameter threaded rod inside. This allows (in addition to adding weight and therefore a higher quality feel) to give rigidity to the assembly, and to fix all the pieces without having to glue them, simply using a washer and a self-locking nut on each side (although you can apply glue to better adhesion, if you prefer). Additionally, the top piece has a hole to house the upper nut and washer, and enough space to allow the amber egg to be attached.Each piece is numbered and also has a small tongue and groove specifically designed to fit together, so the alignment will be perfect.It is necessary to print it (at least the smaller pieces) with adhesion to the bed (I recommend a brim of at least 5 perimeters); and supports so that the gaps in the bases print correctly.The complete set prints in about 26 hours (at 60mm/s) and uses approximately 160g of filament.Thanks to the original creator!If you like it, consider tipping ;)06/03/24: Added Cura 3mf file
