I stumbled upon this JFK scan in Marylebone, London: http://www.123dapp.com/catch/JFK-bust-in-Marylebone-/4028925 I used MeshMixer software to tweak the file for free - check it out at http://www.meshmixer.com. I took care of the surroundings, closed up some holes, and gave the bust a little shape with brushes, before remeshing the STL from scratch:
