John Deere Tractor and Trailer
thingiverse
A small tractor perfect for kids to play, inspired by John Deere's iconic design, nothing beats a genuine Deere. The parts are straightforward, simply print them out and assemble using plugs or glue. The original blueprint requires M4 threaded rod, but printing with 150% settings allows you to substitute the axle with "Axle_for_150.stl" and still use M4 threaded rod. To ensure accuracy, make sure all parts align correctly according to your printer's specifications. Some of my files are misaligned, so be cautious during assembly. Here is a list of required parts: Tractor: 1x Body 1x Roof 1x Rooftop 2x Fender Front 2x Fender Rear 2x Rim Front 2x Rim Rear 2x Tear Front 1 2x Tear Front 2 2x Tear Rear 1 2x Tear Rear 2 Trailer: 1x Trailer Body 4x Trailer Rim 4x Trailer Tire 1 4x Trailer Tire 2 Have fun with your creations! Recommended Print Settings: Printer: ZYYX 3D Printer Resolution: 0.15mm Infill: 20% Notes: I've successfully printed all the parts, including the pictures shown here, using a 150% scale factor and PLA from BQ, except for the tires which were made with Ninjaflex. Most components require no support, but the whiffletree from the trailer does. Important Reminder: Ensure that all parts are aligned properly since the coordinate system is not designed to print them accurately. After Printing Assemble the model without any additional guidance - I used "Uhu Por" glue to attach the wheels and roof together.
