This is a spacer that fits on the blade engagement cable of John Deere D100 series lawn tractors. If you have too much slack in your cable for proper engagement with the stock belt length and your mower is like our D130 with fixed rather than adjustable cable stop on the cutting deck, this can be slipped in place on the cable at the upper end. The stock cable stop has a couple of littler ears you may need to squeeze together to pull it out. Once out, jus t slip this stop over the cable and push the original cable stop into it and slip the end of the new stop into the mounting hole.
