thingiverse
The Jog it! Pendant is a handheld controller for operating CNC machines via Mach 3 or Linux CNC. Its initial version had a CNC-machined case and was a Kickstarter success story. Now, the pendant comes with a 3D-printed casing, open source files for DIY assembly, or an electronics/hardware kit available on eBay. To assemble it, print all cases at medium resolution (.1 mm layers) with two shells and 100% infill, no supports. Glue a disc magnet into the bottom half if you want it to stick to steel machines. Fix the PCB onto the bottom half using three screws, add a foam spacer over the PCB buttons, and insert molded buttons into the top half's holes. Secure with four screws, and head to dtrobotics.blogspot.com for usage instructions!
