Joey Scout Patrol Woggles

Many Joey Scout Units discover that breaking down their scouts into patrols is beneficial for certain activities. Since cubs and scouts have formal patrol badges, but not Joey Scouts, I create these custom woggles for their scarves instead. Additionally, my Joey Scouts take turns being the patrol leader, which is why I designed a special patrol leader woggle that they can pass on to each other from week to week.
