My take on the stabilizer and beacon on Jodo Kast's pack in Twin Engines of Destruction is that they have three millimeter holes at the base to accommodate a screw, if you prefer that to using glue. These were specifically designed for printing with an SLA printer, but they should also work fine on FDM printers as long as the calibration is correct.
