Joby Gorillapod SLR-Zoom Plate
thingiverse
This is a custom adapter plate I made that fits perfectly on the Joby Gorillapod SLR-Zoom ballhead. Check it out here: http://www.amazon.com/JOBY-Ballhead-SLR-Zoom-Tripod/dp/B002CVU4G0/ref=sr_1_8/s?ie=UTF8&qid=1458965041&sr=1-1-spell&keywords=joby+gorillapod+ballhead I used a 1/4-20 bolt from Home Depot and shortened it to leave only 3-4 threads remaining. The material I chose was eSun's PET 1.75mm (Black) filament, which can be found on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/filament-1-75mm-Makerbot-Reprap-Printers/dp/B00ZAUQZTA The bubble level comes from a Harbor Freight level that I took apart and used the two bubble levels on the outside. Simply use a flathead screwdriver to pry it open: http://www.harborfreight.com/hand-tools/levels/6-inch-level-with-magnetic-strip-37588.html To assemble the adapter plate, simply print it and snap the parts together. Here are my print settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .25 Infill: 20 Notes: I used Cura and here are the settings.
