The JMP CNC precision truck has a 234 mm wide hanger for dual APS 6384 setup with 15 mm wide HTD5M timing belts. The nominal baseplate angle is adjustable between 35-54 degrees, initially at 45 degrees. Truck specifications include AL7075-T6 material, a ride height of 58.8-63.8 mm, wheelbase offset approximately +1.5 inch, zero rake, bushing seat diameter of 24.6 mm with 2.3 mm depth, and total truck width of 317 mm. Off-the-shelf components used are Aera steel kingpin with tall nut, two Ronin (17-4 PH) precision axle stubs, RipTide 96a Aera K3/K4 pivot tubes, RipTide Krank Barrel bushings (90a for the back truck and 87a for the front), M6x40 MM stainless hex socket cap screws, M6 stainless washers, and M6 titanium lock nuts. Custom-molded insert bushings from Zill Boards are also included.
