JL Audio HO112 style subwoofer cabinet from approximate dimensions (close to those found elsewhere online) provided by customer. This was tested with a variety of drivers with below average (2/10) results. Loudest output was obtained by brute-force - with the drivers operating at very low efficiency - which (obviously) resulted in much distortion. Tested with SR780 using previously characterized/known good microphones, filters, and amplifiers. Information and diagrams associated with a patent number displayed on the JL Audio HO112 web page pertain to an unrelated enclosure. Simulation of this enclosure in COMSOL physics verified the poor real-world results. Constructed from 0.75 and 1 in. Purebond Plywood. Assembled with Titebond glue, nails, staples, deck screws, and 0.25-20in. t-nuts. Parts in files do not include clearances that were added latter in CAM.
