Simple gear extruder for MK8 setup. Main bearing is a high-quality 688 model, originally designed for inline skating applications. Instead of the usual C-part bearings, I've opted to use an inner 3mm and outer 4mm brass tube. Here are the required components: Five to eight millimeter countersunk M3 bolts, one piece; eight to ten millimeter M3 bolts, one piece; twenty millimeter M3 bolts, two pieces; flat washers measuring 3mm in thickness, two pieces; a spring approximately twenty millimeters in length, one piece; and finally, the high-precision 688 bearing with dimensions of eight, sixteen, and five.
