This is a quick-and-easy adapter to mechanically mount the board of an 808-16 keychain HD-camera upside down on the belly of a JJRC-H31 drone. The drone already has four small posts to attach something to. You'll need four tiny screws to secure the adapter in place. The adapter itself has three posts for the 808-board. Note that I didn't print any holes into those, as the screws are extremely small. Instead, I used a needle and a lighter to burn tiny holes into them, allowing the original 808-screws to fit perfectly. The adapter isn't very stiff - it gets its stiffness from the mount to the drone and from the mount to the 808-board. I didn't use the original keychain housing at all, as it adds weight and only offers limited functionality, such as protection. But the most important thing for me was to lose weight on the drone. I glued the lens with a double-sided foam tape onto the platform I introduced in front of the adapter. This way, the lens is slightly stabilized and has an angle of about 30° downwards. Additionally, you can wrap some tape around the lens and the platform if you think the mechanical connection through the tape is too weak. You'll see that the original battery won't fit here - I introduced a JJRC-H31 backup-battery as the "new" 808-battery. It lasts longer and fits well on the back part of the adapter, secured with a little elastic band. As promised, here are some pictures of the final assembly. I also added some foam below the lens area to reduce vibrations. This works nicely - not to say perfectly - while hovering. In flight, I do have some vibrations. One last thing: if you open the lens, you can easily remove the IR-filter, making it a real cool IR-camera with better low-light performance - if you can accept the reds in your movies. Of course, you'll need to adjust the focus then.
