JJ the Flexi Velociraptor / Deinonychus / Utahraptor print in place articulated dinosaur

AHH! Fresh meat! It's everyone's favorite combat chicken. At 100% scale it's a 1:100 Utahraptor. So you can scale it to 50% to get a Deinonychus (not recommended with anything over a .25 nozzle and even that didn't give very satisfying results) or to 25% to get a velociraptor which totally makes no sense at all. They basically look the same.I even watched a cockfight (Schwanzglied anyone?) on youtube to get in the mood to design this beast. Something I can't recommend to anyone because it's stupid, unnecessarily cruel, and surprisingly boring in the end. Since this was a dead end, I had to use my own imagination, like a caveman or something. Ugh!So let's talk a bit more about the Schwanzglied. The last three joints on this model are designed to look like a peacock's tail. This is because the main design process was done in just two night shifts. I can't stand living an easy and happy life, so I decided to give myself a challenge by throwing away the whole tail design and managed to come up with something a bit more challenging for me as a designer and also for your printer as it is only attached to the print bed by a very small area. This cost me the better part of last weekend where I had some time without my wife and kids and otherwise would have come up with stupid ideas, (I built this slingshot a while ago, hurt myself badly on the 3rd try and just rediscovered its a lot of fun to shoot it if you know how to use it) so its probably for the better for everyone. Thanks Deinonychus! So far my printer has managed to get it out in one piece even in PLA but I recommend printing this in PETG as it has much better bed adhesion.Time to say thank you! When I first released Günther, I had no idea that there would be such a demand for flexi dinosaur models. When I decided to start selling my models on Printables, I never dreamed that I would have so many supporters willing to pay for my models. So this is for everyone who joined my club or paid for a model they bought on the store: YOU ROCK and I owe you a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart! Keep on rocking and happy printing! If you like this model, I have created a lot of other cool FlexiDinos.
