Jinx Zapper Blaster
prusaprinters

The original version can be found here. This version changes some proportions and adds a few details to be closer to reference material from the show.

This version uses printable pins for part alignment. The smaller pin is used for the hole in the top rail to index the barrel better.

The infill is up to you to determine how heavy the blaster is and where it is balanced. However, it is recommended that the barrel is not printed below 15% infill to help resist warping if using a heat gun later to speed along paint drying.

I printed everything using the .2mm layer height with Overture PETG using the Prusament PETG .2mm speed profile.

For gluing up I used E6000 for the first time. This worked well enough but in places where I missed cleaning small oozing areas, they became rubbery blobs that were annoying to clean off later.
