I've created this to gain a deeper understanding of the design behind puzzles like this one. This example stands out from my previous work due to its altered rotation point, which I wanted to see if it would affect the puzzle-solving system. This model is printed in ABS using acetone vaporization. PLA should also work well. For FDM printing, it's recommended that the parts are split apart for better precision on the inner side. To ensure smooth operation, sand down the tracks to prevent plastic blobs from forming. Once assembled, insert an M3 nylock nut into the core and secure with normal M3 screws – no springs required. Finally, apply a thin layer of vaseline for lubrication. With proper assembly, this puzzle runs smoothly.
