I used MeshMixer to remix Jiminy to create a smoother and what i think is a happier cartoon-ish look. I'm still not sure it is obvious that he looks like the real Jiminy. The pedestal is also a remix, but I can't recall from where.

At the 0.06 layer height, the bust took about 13 hrs to print and the pedestal took about 10hrs. I still had to sand the PETG a little to remove the fine layer lines.

I used a 34 pack of ($5.00 from Michael's) acrylic paints and several super thin brushes to paint Jiminy. The pedestal is painted with satin white krylon spay paint.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Ultimaker

Printer:

Ultimaker 3

Rafts:

Yes

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.06

Infill:

20%

Filament: Inland PETG white

Category: Sculptures
