Jim's Flying Motor Mount Dual Extruder

The Flying Motor Mount Dual Extruder by Jim is a lightweight, compact design suitable for various 3D printers such as Mendel, Prusa, Wallace, and Printrbot. It replaces the single Greg's Wade's Extruder and offers true dual extrusion capability for two-color printing or alternate support materials. Print three files: jimsFMM45DualOK.stl (Extruder Body & Tensioner), jimsFMM45DualLgGearOK.stl, and jimsFMM45DualSMGearOK.stl. The "OK" signifies clean slicing after Netfabb processing. Use Slic3r for smooth printing; post-print, remove support material from the body. The gears file is for visualization only. Design files include jimsFMM45Dual.scad and jimsFMM45DualGears.scad with explanatory comments. Additional necessary files are configuration.scad, metric.scad, functions.scad (all by Josef Prusa), and parametric_involute_gear_v5jkl.scad (a modified version of Greg Frost's file). Place the latter in a folder named "inc." Be cautious when rendering gears for accurate visualization as it may take minutes.
