Jigsaw Puzzle Tiles

Introducing 3D printed jigsaw puzzle tiles, initially designed for a personal tile game. These tiles are now available for Jigsaw Renaissance members as a show of support. If you're a member and don't have one yet, contact the Jigsaw Renaissance Maker Space or me. Print them in various colors or natural white, decorate with markers or Rit Dye, and scale them as desired. The interlocking pieces in Version 0.2 are currently 30mm x 30mm x 1.5mm for quick printing but can be adjusted to your preference. Assemble the tiles into shapes, letters, names, or any design you desire. Please check your machine's calibration and skeinforge settings for optimal interlocking. Rhino3d source and STEP output will be provided along with SVG/DXF files for laser cutter users (if you have one, I'd love a set). An update from July 30th notes that the default settings with RepG v18 cause jamming or forced interlocking; the tiles have been adjusted accordingly and will be re-uploaded after further testing.
