Jigsaw Cookie Cutters Instructions I printed one corner part in PLA, and it was somewhat flexible but still worked. I decided to reprint in ABS for extra strength. Still not sure if that will work. Maybe I'll increase the wall thickness a bit. They are still prototypes and small (50x50 or 2”x2”), so I suggest scaling them up to fit your needs. I originally planned for all parts to interlock, but since cookie dough expands significantly during baking, that idea won't work out. The kids love the cutters regardless. Enjoy these designs for now, and let me know what a suitable scale factor is. I'll update the design accordingly. P.S. To print the complete square shape, use the following files: 4 x Top Right 1 x Mid Right 3 x Mid Bottom 1 x Mid Revision Notes - I've added V02 to all designs: V02 versions are 5mm shorter in height (16mm) and scaled up to 150% size (75mm square). The wall thickness has been increased to 1.5mm for a smoother finish. Test both sizes separately and ensure you print with the flange facing downwards, or as shown in the provided image. Please don't mix designs of different sizes!
