I changed the screws from countersunk screws to cylinder cap screws and to threaded inserts instead of hex nuts.</p><p>Hex cap screws are easier to utilize and the threaded inserts make it more practical/durable as the normal nuts.</p><p>Handle is compatible with regular T-shaft jigsaws blades.</p><p><strong>Additional hardware:</strong></p><ul><li>2x M3 6mm hex cap screws (possibly screws can be a bit shorter or longer, you have to try out what you have)</li><li>2x M3 4.8mm heat set inserts</li><li>jigsaw blade</li></ul><p><strong>Print instructions:</strong></p><p>print as you like.&nbsp;</p><p>I used 4 perimeter with 15% honycomb infill. Made a color change from prusa jetblack PLA to 3djake glitter brown PLA for the 4 topmost layers to make it look a bit cool ;-)</p><p>I also used variable layer height to get smoothes results. Perhaps the new “fuzzy skin” feature in prusaslicer 2.4 for the finger parts could be nice, but I forgot to try it out ….</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>additional notes</strong></p><p>I'm interested in your feedback to improve my stuff!
