Jiggy (& Old Dart Cutting Tools)

Update: V4 variant has been thoroughly tested, revealing a critical issue where darts fail to drop out and eject smoothly due to an overly tight fit. I will revisit the design and adjust it back to its original configuration for easier dart ejection. Fortunately, the rest of the design functions as intended, although I may reassess features aimed at reducing material usage if users encounter issues with dart alignment. A special thank you goes out to Shadic for suggesting the inclusion of blade guards at the ends of the toolset. You can learn more about his work here: https://www.thingiverse.com/Shad_/about Update: The untested variants of V4 have been removed, along with the specifications and instructions on the bottom due to potential printing and slicing issues that need to be addressed. Update: V4 has been uploaded, replacing V3 due to its numerous issues. This new version includes a small 5-dart variant specifically designed for smaller printers. This comprehensive set of tools and jigs is dedicated to cutting down foam/nerf darts with precision and ease. A partially tested V2 has just been uploaded, featuring jig spacing set at 36mm. As an added feature, it can still be used to cut SCSs as a legacy option. To print V2 without any complications, please ensure that supports are not present. For those who prefer the original toolset, you can print v1 with supports touching the buildplate. v1 comes in three different lengths: 1", 1.25", and 1.5". If you want to create different lengths for V2, simply edit the step file accordingly. The original toolset was designed specifically for SCSs, a legacy dart that has since been replaced by superior alternatives like Workers due to their exceptional weight characteristics, range, and accuracy. When printed, the jig can be easily snapped together. The pods are optional but can aid in various gluing tasks.
