This precision drilling guide [https://www.rockler.com/jig-it-drill-guide] pairs seamlessly with a hand drill to guarantee perfectly aligned holes every time! I put it to use in conjunction with Rockler's long shank Forstner bits to create flat-bottomed holes for my CNC bed, allowing for a flush mount of the pronged tee nuts. The following FreeCAD files are attached, featuring customizable spreadsheets that enable adjustments to the inner sleeve diameter.
