Jig for Giant Ping Pong LED Cube
thingiverse
I'm building a colossal RGB LED cube using ping pong balls as diffusers that's sure to turn heads. The cube consists of pillars made from eight ping pong balls each with a NeoPixel LED embedded beneath them, secured by three wires providing both power and data. To guarantee uniformity and precise alignment of the ping pong balls, I crafted this jig in Fusion360, leveraging its parameterized design feature that allowed me to swiftly tweak it for an exact fit around the ping pong ball. 3D printing is indeed a game-changer!
