I created this because I needed something to better secure a vice on my drill press, so I thought why not use the same technique as for milling tables? Here we are! Notice: This is a test, and I'm not yet aware of how strong it will be, so I won't take responsibility for accidents. Use it with extreme caution and be very careful the first time you use it. Also, this design is intended for small projects, so don't use it as you would industrial tools - slow feeds, etc. Also, don't overtighten the nuts because you may damage the pieces (plastic after all). As soon as you feel it's secure, you're done! I used a .3mm layer height and a wall/bottom/top thickness of 3 or 4mm. Use 4 if you're unsure. However, the best option would be 100% infill - I think I used 30%. I used 100% for the nuts. I would say that the nuts are pre-threaded because their threads are still quite tight after printing, which I believe is better than too loose. So, you just need to use a 1/4-20 tap to make the threads great. You'll need some washers and some 1/4-20 rods that you can cut to the length you need. License: I've taken CC with attributions, but if your goal is to sell it online as a printed item, please send me a message to discuss about the percentage I'd like to receive. Last thing: If you find my design useful and like it, a little tip would be very nice because it's not just a hobby for me - I want to make it my job. So, don't be shy and decide on the amount. Thanks! Enjoy, and most of all, be very careful. If you're unsure about what I mean, just don't download this.
